5:45-6:30 p.m. – Celebrate the remarkable women and men in the Vienna community with food, drink, and conversation. Participate in our icebreaker for a chance to win prizes. A drawing will be held at the end of the event.

6:30 p.m. – Empowering Women Panel Discussion featuring;

Mayor Linda Colbert introducing Liberty Amendments Month, Anne Stuntz president of Historic Vienna, Inc. as moderator, and Leigh Kitcher producer of the Exhibit “Getting the Vote: The Women’s Rights Movement”, Holly Seibold, Virginia State Delegate 12th District, Stacy Huston, Executive Director or SixDegrees.org, and Dr. Negar Ashtari Abay former senior program officer for the U.S. Institute of Peace, Women, Peace and Security team as panelists.  

Each speaker will reflect on how their work impacts and empowers women. The discussion will close with a question-and-answer session.
