Serving the Town’s most important resource - its staff - the human resources department delivers comprehensive recruitment, employee, and benefit services and prepares special studies and policy reviews for the town manager and Town Council. In addition to managing the services featured below, the human resources department administers the Town's safety incentive and awards programs and the Town's risk management program.
