Benefits overview

All regular full-time employees of the Town of Vienna are eligible for the benefits listed below. Part-time budgeted employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible only for certain benefits at an adjusted rate.

Holidays/paid leave
Employees accrue time off each pay period based on years of service and their full- or part-time status; part-time employees accrue leave at half the rate of full-time employees.

Health insurance, dental insurance, group life and accident insurance, and group long-term care insurance are offered to employees.
