To help new businesses start off on the right track, the Town supports ribbon-cutting and grand-opening ceremonies. These events are a great way to showcase your business and welcome new customers.

Celebrate your business’s opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony

Ribbon-cutting ceremonies are typically attended by Town officials, local media, and representatives of the Town Business Liaison Committee and Vienna Business Association. These ceremonies are a great way to draw interested residents to your grand opening and jump-start a loyal customer base.

How to schedule a ribbon-cutting ceremony

Please complete the Business Ribbon-Cutting Event Request Form

Once you have completed the form, a representative from the Town will contact you to arrange the ceremony. Please be sure to include two date and time options on the form. Your event is not considered scheduled until it has been confirmed by a Town representative.
