Vienna’s most popular event! This fun, free parade features originally created floats, bands, costumed kids, and more. The Vienna Halloween Parade is co-hosted by the Town of Vienna and the Vienna Business Association. The 2023 theme is ‘Cartoons and Comics.’ Our 2023 Parade Marshal is Mark ‘Coach Pudge’ Gjormand Head Coach of James Madison High School Baseball and Founder of MVP International Athletics.
