Picnic shelters are available for private event rentals April 1-Oct. 31; reservations may be made beginning March 1. The maximum rental time for a picnic shelter is four hours, and only one reservation accepted per day.

Fees

  • Town of Vienna residents and Town groups:  $50 for a maximum of four hours
  • Out-of-Town residents and out-of-Town groups:  $100 for a maximum of four hours
  • Bathroom key deposit:  $50 (payable via check only; refundable with key return.)
  • Electrical fee:  $25
  • Water Fee: $25

Shelter and pavilion reservation instructions

To make a shelter reservation use WebTrac.   New users will need to create an account. 

  • In WebTrac, click on the Facility tab to search by Shelter Reservation or Facility Calendar.
  • Choose the park shelter you wish to reserve by clicking on the shopping cart icon.  Type in required information, then click Continue. Verify reservation date, times, and information, then click Add to Cart.
  • Carefully read all facility rules and regulations, and then click Agree.
  • Proceed to checkout.  Print a copy of the confirmation receipt for your records. Once the receipt is closed, the transaction is complete.
  • Customers reserving a picnic shelter will be required to submit a $50 check in order to get the restroom key.  Customers can submit the deposit check and receive the restroom key at the Vienna Community Center front desk from Monday - Friday 8 a.m.-9 p.m. or Saturday 8 a.m.-6 p.m. during the week before the scheduled rental.  Checks only.
