Town of Vienna employees have access to the following insurance programs as part of their employment benefits.

Health insurance
The Local Choice Health Benefits Program (TLC) was created exclusively for local governments, authorities, school divisions, constitutional officers, groups designated by the General Assembly, and political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Dental insurance
Dental insurance is included with all Town-sponsored health insurance plans.

Group life insurance
The Town of Vienna provides group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for all permanent employees at no cost to employees.
