Registration opens for Town residents Feb. 5.  Non-residents may register starting Feb. 12.  Register in person at the Vienna Community Center or online here. 

You'll fall hook, line, and sinker for the annual Vienna Family Fishing Rodeo at Wolftrap Creek located in Wildwood Park, 700 block of Follin Lane, SE.  The creek will be stocked with hundreds of trout.  Participants sign up for a specific timeframe to come to the creek and fish.

Please bring a fishing rod, bucket, plastic bag and ice.  Please note that participants are required to bring their own fishing poles this year.

Volunteers provide instructions, stream education and fish-cleaning demonstrations.

The Vienna Family Fishing Rodeo is made possible through a partnership of Northern Virginia Trout Unlimited and the Vienna Department of Parks and Recreation.

Registration:
$5 per angler
Pre-registration required - a limit of six participants per household.
Children ages 12 months and younger do not need to register.

Please note:  By law, all participants ages 16 years and older must possess a valid fishing license.  You can purchase a license through the Virginia Department of Gaming and Inland Fisheries.
