The parks and recreation department offers WebTrac for convenient online registration. Town residents should contact the Community Center (703-255-6360) after creating an account to verify address.

WebTrac allows users to browse activity listings; look up details about any activity; and search for activities by type, age range, location, or other criteria.

To register for classes and programs using WebTrac:

1. Visit the WebTrac welcome page.  Enter user name and password to sign in.  New users will need to create an account.
2. To view a list of activities and register, click on the category desired, or select the Search option on the navigation bar and then select Activity Search from the drop-down list.
3. Enter the six-digit activity number of the desired program/activity and select Search to view.
4. If the six-digit activity number is not known, select a list of activities by type or choose to search All Types of programs to view. Click on the activity description to view the sections.
5. Add the class by clicking Add to Selection List.
6. Select the family member to enroll from the Family Member to Register pull-down box and select Add to Cart.
7. Select Continue Shopping or Proceed to Check Out and review billing information.
8. Continue to begin the payment authorization process. Use the View Your Receipt button to view and print a receipt.
9. Once the receipt is closed, the transaction is complete.  The user may select to return to the homepage or log out.
