Residents and others interested in registering for a program or class offered by the parks and recreation department may register online via the WebTrac portal. For step-by-step instructions on how to register online, click here.

Alternatively, a completed registration form may be submitted via one of the following methods:

• Walk-in Walk-in registration is accepted at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry Street SE, during business hours.  Registration forms should be fully completed with payment information provided or an accompanying check.
• Mail Completed registration forms, along with a check or credit card information, can be mailed to: Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry Street SE, Vienna 22180.
• No phone-in registration. 
• Call 703-255-6360 with registration questions. 

Full payment must be made at the time of registration. The Vienna parks and recreation department accepts cash, personal checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and money orders.  Checks must be made payable to the Town of Vienna, unless otherwise specified. The Town offers a two-tier registration system that gives priority registration to Town of Vienna residents and then offers out-of-town residents the opportunity to register one week later.  Registration is open until a program or activity fills to capacity or is canceled.  If a class or activity is filled, patrons are encouraged to register for the waiting list.
