Dental insurance is included with all Town-sponsored health plans. This means that most employees already have dental coverage. The information below is for optional additional plans for employees who are not enrolled in the Town’s health insurance plan.

Optional dental insurance plans

The Town of Vienna offers optional membership in the Dominion National Program for employees who are not members of one of the Town’s health insurance plans. Payments for this plan are paid by the employee through payroll deduction. Membership in this plan is optional, and an employee may join this program at any time throughout the year (open season restrictions do not apply).

Two plans are offered:

HMO/Select Plan
Participants in this plan may only visit dentists that are in the Dominion network of providers. No orthodontia services are provided. Please call or visit the human resources office for more information.

Access PPO Plan
Participants in this plan have the option of visiting dentists in or out of the Dominion network. This plan also provides a $1,000 lifetime orthodontia benefit. Please call or visit the human resources office for more information.
