Payment options
Payment for water and sewer services may be submitted via any of the following methods:
- Online
- Via e-check.
- Via credit or debit card (a convenience fee of 3% will apply to credit or debit card transactions).
- Via electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment program - freely and easily deducts payment from your bank account.
- Bill pay through your financial institution
- These payments are not received electronically. It may take 5-15 days for the Town to receive your payment.
- You must provide your account number on the check.
- The remittance address should be: Town of Vienna, PO Box 549, Vienna, VA 22183.
- Mailed check to the Town of Vienna, PO Box 549, Vienna, VA 22183.
- Dropped-off check via the night depository located in the front door of Town Hall.
- Check or cash in person at the finance counter in Town Hall during regular business hours, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Change of address form
If you have moved, or will be moving soon, please complete a Change of Address form. The form also is available at the finance counter in Town Hall or on the back of your water and sewer bill.
